The videos contained in this safety programme include experts from a variety of backgrounds and some of the world leaders in patient safety giving you an account of where these systems and individuals may be vulnerable. The different sections in this programme give a detailed understanding of causality and mitigation in relation to human error in medical practice. It should improve insight and through that, improve practice, making your care of patients safer whilst at the same time giving you a better understanding of your own decision making processes.
